In all honestly, I do feel like I got more money back when I filed with H&R Block. The only difference with failing with you all than H&R Block was the more personal attention to my account.

I would ask you to reconsider dropping us one star. Block and the big chains throw much money into marketing and propaganda. A bigger refund is so about the math formula. If you pay more than your tax responsibility, you get a back refund. A tax firm never has control over how much a taxpayer pays into withholding for taxes. We apply any available credits or deductions and maximize all that we can. Likely, your refund would not have changed if you filed with them unless they did something illegal. The personal approach we take helps to ensure your refund is maximized. Contrary to popular belief, no one can guarantee refund amounts and it is against IRS ethics to do so.
